Foundations
This class is designed to teach the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Class usually begins with solo drills to develop correct movement, progresses to partner drills and finally live training. Suitable for all levels.

Intermediate
Focused on progressing beyond a beginner. This class covers more complicated ideas and concepts. While aimed at a more experienced student, all levels are welcome.

Development
This class is aimed at self learning. Students are encouraged to revise previous techniques as well as work on their own jiu jitsu game.

Open Mat
A more relaxed class, where students can train freely. Also a chance to troubleshoot technique with the help of an instructor.

Competition Class
Aimed at preparing students for competition. The class is composed of live drills and competition rounds. All are welcome whether interested in competing or not, and it’s the class most recommended for those wishing to progress fast. Included with all memberships

Yoga for BJJ
In this weekly 45 minute class you will explore a broad range of motion to improve mobility and stability to support and deepen your BJJ practice. Just like martial arts, yoga is a moving meditation which draws on breath control and deep focus to move the body through shapes and challenges. Come and try a class on Monday evening! Included with all memberships.

Yoga for all
A challenging, practical, and playful flow to energise your weekend. In this hour you will explore a few iterations of a themed flow, building your stability and range of motion throughout. You will be given multiple options and challenges to support and deepen your experience of the posture. Come for the fun practice, stay for the warm cacao! Not included with any memberships, $15 a class.
