being a woman, I was at first really hesitant to join any martial arts... but after my first class I felt comfortable and part of the culture. Everyone here is kind and really willing to teach you. There are simply not enough reviews or words to describe how much of a wonderful training atmosphere SOJ provides. Coach Rodney is a legend of a human and even better on the mats. Such a great place to start your BJJ journey or elevate your game if you’ve trained elsewhere and looking forward a new home.
